Frequently Asked Questions
Builder plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings. No refunds for partial months. Institutional plans are billed annually or monthly — contact sales for details.
Killed strategies are moved to your Graveyard with a complete kill report: which gate killed it, what thresholds it failed, the specific metrics at time of death, and the full audit trail. You learn as much from failures as from survivors.
No. Killed strategies are permanently archived. Re-running a failed hypothesis would be curve fitting — the same trap the pipeline is designed to prevent. Instead, generate new hypotheses informed by what you learned from the kill report.
The default universe is a pre-approved set of liquid ETFs: SPY, QQQ, TLT, GLD, IWM, EFA, and others. Institutional plans can configure a custom ticker universe.
